Why is nursing one of the most stressful occupations; it comes down to organizational problems within hospitals which included staffing issues and increasing administrative workload.
Some nurses are worried that hospital administrations see nurses as a cost to be cut and/or replaceable commodities and not as a revenue stream. Within the first year, twenty percent of newly registered nurses leave the hospital for jobs elsewhere. Read article here…..
