PhRMA spent almost $10 million lobbying to stop legislation to help generic companies

Faced with pressure from President Donald Trump’s administration and lawmakers on drug pricing, generic medicines and trade, the drug industry set quarterly records for lobbying spending in the first three months of 2018.
