According to report from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, it found 92 percent of us fear developing a degenerative brain disease like dementia or Alzheimer’s and 28 percent aren’t sure we can do anything about it.  Although our brains age, just like any other part of our bodies, research finds that living a brain-healthy lifestyle may reduce your risk for Alzheimer’s disease and other cognitive decline.
