What parts of Medicare cover ESRD?

Majority of people in the US qualify for Medicare on the basis of age; however, there are a group of younger individuals who qualify based on their health. A person with end stage renal disease (ESRD) is eligible for Medicare if their kidneys are no longer working, they need regular dialysis, or they have a kidney transplant.
