When Dr. Mark McClellan\u00a0sat for an in-depth 30-minute question-and-answer session\u00a0at an April health policy forum, the audience was filled with top researchers, advocates and Capitol Hill staffers eager to hear what insight the former head of the Food and Drug Administration would dispense.<\/p>\n

He did not disappoint.<\/p>\n
