As he grew older, Dale Kunitomi paid closer attention to his health \u2014 and to his doctor\u2019s advice. When he noticed rectal bleeding in 2010, he went to see his physician, who ordered a colonoscopy.<\/p>\n

The diagnosis: colon cancer.<\/p>\n

Kunitomi, now 74, underwent surgery, radiation and chemotherapy \u2014 and now he has been cancer-free for seven years. \u201cThe things that are said about early detection and living a healthy lifestyle are important,\u201d said Kunitomi, a resident of Ventura County, Calif. \u201cYou are foolish if you don\u2019t pay attention.\u201d Continue reading article here…<\/a><\/p>\n
