{"id":12529,"date":"2019-01-29T11:19:14","date_gmt":"2019-01-29T16:19:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/medicarereport.org\/?p=12529"},"modified":"2019-01-29T11:19:14","modified_gmt":"2019-01-29T16:19:14","slug":"nearly-half-of-adults-dont-know-what-medicare-for-all-is-norc-survey-finds","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/medicarereport.org\/?p=12529","title":{"rendered":"Nearly half of adults don&#8217;t know what &#8216;Medicare for All&#8217; is, NORC survey finds"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>(By Morgan Haefner for <em>Becker&#8217;s Hospital Review<\/em>)<\/p>\n<p>Almost half \u2014 46 percent \u2014 of adults aren&#8217;t familiar with &#8220;Medicare for All&#8221; proposals, according to a\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.norc.org\/NewsEventsPublications\/PressReleases\/Pages\/knowledge-about-medicare-for-all-remains-low.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">survey<\/a>\u00a0from NORC at the University of Chicago.<\/p>\n<p>The AmeriSpeak Spotlight on Health survey, conducted from Dec. 13-16, 2018, surveyed 1,021 interviewees on their perception of Medicare for All proposals.
