Yes, Medicare will pay for certain types of rehabilitative care, but care that\u2019s custodial in nature won\u2019t be eligible for coverage which means you will need to pay for it on your own.\u00a0 If you assume you won\u2019t need to worry about long-term care, you\u2019re wrong, 70 percent of seniors 65 and over will need some care of this nature but only 31 percent of Americans have a plan in place for how to pay for long-term care.
