Some hospitals are having to delay releasing patients as they don\u2019t have enough oxygen equipment to send home with them.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEverybody is worried about what\u2019s going to happen in the next week or so,\u201d said Cathy Chidester, director of the L.A.
