The Army Veteran has served in VA for the past 21 years, including stints as a rating specialist in VBA\u2019s Reno office, and now with the past eight years in prosthetics.<\/p>\n<p>Van Aken has seen a lot of changes within these facilities, but there\u2019s one in particular that has impacted him more than others: Doorknobs.<\/p>\n<p>Van Aken is an amputee.
