Dr. Samuel Ross had been CEO of Bon Secours Health System for three months when he went to a dinner party in 2006 and first heard the name some Baltimoreans use for the hospital.<\/p>\n

They called it \u201cBon Se-Killer.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ross says the reputation is based partially on urban myth, spread largely by people who\u2019ve never walked through the hospital\u2019s doors.\u00a0Bon Secours\u2019 current mortality data don\u2019t support the disturbing label, though it has endured in the community. Read more…<\/a><\/p>\n
