Rev. Raphael Warnock of Georgia has challenged the nation&#8217;s largest payers to follow in the footsteps of UnitedHealthcare and reduce or eliminate out-of-pocket costs for insulin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mr. Warnock sent letters to Elevance Health, Centene, Cigna, CVS Health, Humana, Kaiser Permanente and Molina Healthcare, according to a July 25 news release.
