Neither are government regulations. Put the two together and things can get confusing fast.<\/p>\n<p>So it\u2019s not surprising that federal regulators took a stab at making things a bit more straightforward for consumers in new <a href=\"https:\/\/www.federalregister.gov\/articles\/2016\/03\/08\/2016-04439\/patient-protection-and-affordable-care-act-benefit-and-payment-parameters\">rules<\/a> unveiled in late February and published Tuesday in the Federal Register.
