DeBakey VA\u2019s multidisciplinary ALS clinic opened in 2022 to offer Veterans a \u201cone-stop-shop\u201d to treat the disease which attacks nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord, progressively weakening muscle cells and often causing paralysis in the legs and arms.
