When Pam McClure learned she\u2019d save nearly $4,000 on her prescription drugs next year, she said, \u201cit sounded too good to be true.\u201d She and her husband are both retired and live on a \u201cvery strict\u201d budget in central North Dakota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
