Because of past fraud by rogue brokers, some Affordable Care Act policyholders may get an unexpected tax bill this season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But that isn\u2019t the only potential shock. Other changes coming soon \u2014 stemming from proposals by the administration of President Donald Trump \u2014 could affect their coverage and its cost.
