This would be a welcome improvement, and in fact something we suggested recently. There are a number of bipartisan reforms \u2013 such as adopting site-neutral payments or reducing excessive risk scores in Medicare Advantage \u2013 that could lower Medicare costs without cutting benefits and help offset the $3 trillion net cost of the current reconciliation bill.
