But many are taught next to nothing about the workings of the health care system. One university in Washington, D.C., is trying to change that.<\/p>\n<p>The three-week <a href=\"http:\/\/smhs.gwu.edu\/rfhp\/about-course\" target=\"_blank\">fellowship in health policy<\/a> for medical residents is run jointly by the George Washington University schools of medicine and public health.
