His net check was a little over $50. They both said one more rate increase \u2014 which they expect Sept. 1 \u2014 and they\u2019ll have to write a check each month to cover the difference.<\/p>\n<p>This scenario has played out far too many times this year. An increasing number of retirees come to see me regarding the runaway premium increases they face with their company retirement health plan.
