An elderly man in Salt Lake City died after contracting the Zika virus, the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2016\/07\/08\/health\/utah-zika-death\/\" target=\"_blank\">first fatality<\/a>\u00a0from the disease in the continental United States.
