There\u2019s no question that Zika poses a threat to public health, but its magnitude is uncertain. In contrast, we know that the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.statnews.com\/2016\/03\/17\/stat-harvard-opioid-poll\/\" target=\"_blank\">opioid epidemic<\/a><sup class=\"footnote\">2<\/sup> is killing more than 500 Americans a week and harming thousands more.
