Has the demand for $0 premium Medicare Advantage plans peaked?

eHealth, a marketplace for health insurance and Medicare plans, reports in their latest report that the average premiums for Medicare Advantage are up. The average premium for Medicare Advantage plans rose to seven dollars a month, a two-dollar increase from previous years.
