An effort to reach other-than-honorable-discharge vets in need of help
For the thousands of veterans who have other-than-honorable (OTH) discharges who also have service-related trauma, the VA last summer started a new program which allows OTH vets to come into the VA to receive mental health care, at least for 90 days. The VA last year estimated there are more than 500,000 OTH vets who now qualify for mental health care. Read attached article for more details here…
