The Health Resource and Services Administration (HRSA) launched a website that enables safety-net hospitals to identify the maximum amount that pharmaceutical companies can charge for drugs covered by the 340B Drug Pricing Program. The Health and Human Services Secretary Alex Azar is calling for more oversight of the program because some safety-net hospitals have been abusing the discounted drug program by gaming the system for profit.
