Is it Medicare for All or Universal Public Health Insurance Program?

In Howard Gleckman’s column for Forbes, he is calling for the Democratic presidential hopefuls to stop calling it: “Medicare for All” since it has nothing to do with Medicare; call it something else. He states what the presidential hopefuls are proposing is a universal public health insurance program (UPIP), which is not the same as Medicare for All.  He continues to point out the five-way Sen.
