People who regularly play board games score high on memory and thinking skills tests

Scottish researchers are suggesting that playing cards, and board games might be the mental workout you need to keep your thinking skills as you age. Although this study wasn’t an intervention, it did find people in their 70s who regularly play board, card and word games score higher on tests of memory and thinking skills than those who don’t.  Read article here…
