The proposed Medicare changes could spell relief for millions of enrollees.

There are coverage gaps in the Medicare program that leave countless enrollees responsible for extensive out-of-pocket costs; however, that may change if the bill H.R. 3 wins Senate approval (it already was approved in the House). H.R 3 would allow the CMS to negotiate prices for certain drugs, expands original Medicare to provide dental, vision and hearing services to enrollees.  Until the Senate approves the bill, here are some steps enrollees can take right now to lower their spending.  Read article here…
