The Patient Fairness Act (H.R.5566)

The Patient Fairness Act (H.R.5566) was introduced by Congressman Warren Davidson (R-OH) and cosponsored by Ted Yoho (R-FL) and Matt Gaetz (R-FL).  The bill would help solve the problems of price transparency and affordability by requiring hospitals to publicly report actual prices and expanding Health Savings Accounts.
