UnitedHealth announces new cost sharing waivers

UnitedHealth Group announced its fully insured members will receive a credit of 5 to 20 percent on their June premium billing statement. The company will also waive copays on doctor visits for Medicare Advantage members through September.  UnitedHealth Group, the nation’s largest health insurer, announced the rebates will provide $1.5 billion in direct financial relief for its customers.
