Longevity and wellness as we get older are within our grasp if we do this

The trajectory of human longevity according to the Census Bureau, by 2050, 10 percent of the U.S population will be 90 or older.  So how can you make the most of those thirty years?  Have you heard the term “successful aging”?  According to majority of aging experts it  is often used to describe an aging process that is fulfilling, happy, and healthy for as long as possible but some experts disagree.  Some see successful aging as life satisfaction, longevity, freedom from disability, mastery and growth, active engagement with life, and independence.  In Meg Selig’s blog for Psychology Today, she describes three pathways to successful aging.
