Home & Heart, a new nonprofit, is connecting older adults with those seeking affordable housing in Chico, CA. Home & Heart follows a full scope model that provides face to face matches of older adults that need some help aging in place with those in the community seeking housing.  The older adults will choose from one of three options: traditional rental option, service exchange option for free rent, or a mixed arrangement option, a combination of the first two options.
