Telehealth has some challenges

In response to the global pandemic, the rapid rise of telemedicine has been critical for getting at-risk patients the care they need.  Although overall visits to primary care doctors are still down by 20 percent, people still need care to help manage their health; however, the acceleration of telehealth has come with some speed bumps.  In Dr. Shiv Rao’s article appearing on www.fiercehealthcare.com, he writes about the three challenges exposed in the new world of telehealth and how to overcome them.
