Soldier On has partnered with Let’s Talk Interactive to expand a telehealth platform that connects homeless veterans
A non-profit that targets veteran homelessness, for which there are roughly 67,000 in US, is using telehealth to expand access to mental health and other services. Soldier On, serves thousands of veterans in the Northeast, recently partnered with Let’s Talk Interactive to leverage telemedicine kiosks, manned by the organization’s 80 full-time case workers, and telehealth platforms in transitional and permanent housing and jail programs.
