Communicating to employees the investment and pre-tax benefits of an HSA

According to a survey by Plan Sponsor Council of America, part of the American Retirement Association, despite the increasing popularity of the health savings accounts, employees do not use the pretax vehicles as investment options. The survey found over 50 percent of employers offer health savings accounts as retirement savings options but admit that’s not altogether clear to the employees. Read article here…
