The “most favored nation” drug policy

As promised, President Trump has followed through and signed executive orders that take a preliminary step toward the Administration’s goal of tying domestic drug prices to the prices manufacturers charge in foreign countries.  The “most favored nation” policy is applicable to drug prices in Medicare Part B and Part D.
