What is a Medicare drug list?

What is a formulary list?  It is the Medicare’s list of covered medications, covers both brand name and generic prescription medications under Medicare Part D and Medicare Advantage plans.  However, coverage and drug lists vary from plan to plan and plans can change covered mediations on their formulary during the year if they follow Medicare guidelines.
