Will Medicare Advantage cover LASIK

Generally LASIK eye surgery is not covered by original Medicare; however, some Medicare Advantage (Part C) plans may cover some or all of the costs of LASIK surgery.  Medicare covers only surgeries that are considered medical necessary and since LASIK is an elective procedure, original Medicare does not cover it.  But, if you have Medicare Advantage plan, you may or may not have some coverage under you plan.
