The popularity of Plan N Medigap policy

The American Association for Medicare Supplement Insurance (AAMSI) released data showing “Americans now aging into Medicare eligibility may be more open to accepting what amounts to a two-tier doctor fee system to hold down Medicare supplement (Medigap) insurance.” The data shows Medigap Plan N policies accounted for only about 10 percent of overall Medigap enrollment in 2018 with Plans F and Plan G accounting for 60 percent of the total Medigap enrollment in 2018.
