What the end of the Public Health Emergency means for VA

When the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency (PHE) expires on May 11, 2023, some of VA’s pandemic-related authorities will expire as well. VA has been preparing for this moment for months, working to make this transition as seamless as possible for Veterans, their families, caregivers and survivors.
