Many Medicare Advantage beneficiaries report financial instability, food insecurity, Humana report finds

Nearly half of Medicare Advantage beneficiaries report having at least one health-related social need, a study published in the July issue of Health Affairs found.

The study, written by researchers at Humana and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, surveyed over 300,000 Humana Medicare Advantage enrollees. Continue reading here…
