14 insurers exiting Medicare Advantage in 2024

Fourteen insurers are exiting Medicare Advantage markets in 2024, according to an analysis from KFF published Nov. 7.

There is a slightly smaller number of Medicare Advantage plans — 3,959 — available nationwide in 2024, down from 3,998 in 2023, according to the analysis. The average number of plans available to beneficiaries is 43, unchanged from 2023. Continue reading here…
