Walgreens to pay Humana $360M to settle drug pricing lawsuit

Walgreens will pay Humana $360 million to settle a lawsuit alleging the pharmacy inflated its drug prices.

In a Jan. 4 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Walgreens said it reached a settlement with Humana Dec. 29. Walgreens previously sued Humana, asking a judge to vacate an arbitration agreement that would have Walgreens pay $642 million to Humana. Continue reading here…
