Is Medicare Advantage really better?
A recent report from The Commonwealth Fund found that despite the belief that Medicare Advantage members are more satisfied with their plan than people who have traditional Medicare, they found, “Overall, the experiences seem to be similar for those in traditional Medicare versus Medicare Advantage, with some notable exceptions,” said Gretchen Jacobson, Ph.D., vice president of Commonwealth’s Medicare program.
