Do You Want to be 10 Years Younger? Then Exercise

The latest research study published on Wednesday, in the Journal of Neurology, suggests that older Americans that engaged in strenuous to moderate exercise were the equivalent of 10 years younger than the light – and non-exercisers on measurers of “episodic memory” (the ability to recall past experiences and autobiographical information) function.

In the same research study, they suggest that vascular health is also a key link between physical and mental fitness as we age but stopped short of making a direct connection between the two.   Read article here……
