VA Choice Card, Do You Qualify?

A VA Choice Card allows some veterans who have been on “months-long” wait lists to see a VA doctor or live more than 40 miles from a veteran’s hospital or clinic to obtain private care at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs expense.

Senator John McCain, during a town hall event in Phoenix, called for eliminating the limitations on issuing VA Choice Card so all our veterans can get care from non-VA providers. He also unveiled a new action plan to address the continuing issues veterans face in obtaining health care at VA medical facilities.  Read article here….
