Part B premium hike isn’t the only added cost seniors are dealing with in 2026

On November 14, 2025, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) announced the Part B premiums for 2026.  The standard monthly premium for Medicare Part B enrollees will be $202.90 for 2026, an increase of $17.90 from $185.00 in 2025.
