The most recent available data from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics shows that the Producer Price Index (PPI) for Pharmacies and Drug Retailers: Retailing of Prescription Drugs was 168.373 in July 2026, compared to 169.653 in June 2026.  Why does it matter?
