Several large nationwide companies are offering their employees free hip and knee replacement surgeries at prestigious hospitals across the nation. How, these companies are adopting the same payment methodology as Medicare’s pilot program where they are paying a flat fee to the hospital to handle all the treatment – the surgery, the physical therapy and any complications that arise.  Read article here…..
