Another Medicare Fight in Congress

The proposed pilot program that would change how Medicare pays for certain drugs under Medicare Part B is facing little support in Congress. Many congressional members joining together voicing their concerns about the harm this program could have on patients by limiting their access to treatments if doctors’ costs to acquire drugs become higher than the Medicare reimbursement rate.
