In a recent issue of Journal of American Heart Association a research team of epidemiologist at the University of Miami, reported people who had higher scores on Life’s Simple 7 test; such as not smoking, getting regular exercise, keeping blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar levels under control, showed less decline in brain-health.
